Sticky Board Sheets

These sticky boards can be used with or without the screen to monitor or diagnose a varroa mite infestation. 

When placed directly on the bottom board, a screen will be needed to keep the bees from sticking to the adhesive.
Use in conjunction with a screened bottom board as part of an IPM strategy.
This sticky board is conveniently printed with grid lines to aid in determining the number of mites that are present.

To use, starting at the unglued portion peel off the paper and place it on your bottom board. Place the screen over the sticky board so your bees don't get stuck. Apply your mite treatment. Remove the trap after 24 hours to avoid buildup of hive debris.
