Thymovar | 10 Pack

Thymovar is used for the treatment of Varroa mites.

• Less harmful to brood and bees than some treatments.
• It is particularly suitable for people with low to medium mite levels.

The long-term application protects the bee population from the reintroduction of Varroa mites from other bee hives.

• 10 strips per pack
• Use 1 - 2 strips per hive, depending on single or double brood chambers
• Apply two consecutive applications, 3-4 weeks apart
• Nucs use 1/2 strip, singles use 1 strip cut in half, and doubles use 2 strips

Do not use with honey supers on your hives.
Do not use above 30 °C
Always read the label before using mite treatments.

Bees may remove food from directly under the Thymovar wafer(s).
There may be a reduced acceptance of food if bees are fed during the Thymovar application. Do not place Thymovar wafer(s) near a sugar feeder, as this may reduce feeding.
Efficacy of Thymovar may be reduced if applied during the feeding period, due to increased ventilation by the
bees.
