Helps to quickly remove bees from honey supers.

Apply a bee deterrent (Honey Bandit, Honey Robber, etc.) to the felt underside of the fume board in the shape of an "X" or "S". Place the fume board on top of the upper super with corners of frames exposed for airflow. Sunshine on the metal top works to raise the temperature by several degrees, which helps make it more effective.
