Maintaining high-quality queens is essential for successful beekeeping operations.

Splitting colonies and introducing new local queens is an excellent management technique and should be used to maintain vigour in every apiary. 

Re-queen in summer to increase your overwintering success.

Queens must be picked up on the day of arrival or the next day to optimize survival and avoid forfeiture of the non-refundable livestock purchase.
